Currently we a looking for a Production Project Coordinator, with workplace Botevgrad, Bulgaria. You will be part of an operation unit responsible for our MI & Chip lines & Assembly and you must be ready to travel on a daily basis. Please note that there is door-to-door transport on company's expenses if your residence is Sofia.

You will report directly to the Production Manager and must be able to coordinate a team of people.

Your main duties will include:
• Coordination of all operational tasks related to 5S & Lean Manufacturing in the MI & Chip & Assembly lines;
• Coordination of all operational tasks related to LPA procedures in the MI & Chip & Assembly lines;
• Administration and development of procedures, documents and instrumentation necessary to the execution of the LPA procedures as well as related training programs;
• Maintenance of all statistical data related to LPA audits and coordination of weekly meetings concerning those audits;
• Coordinating implementation of Mini Companies within the production;
• Development and execution of training programs for the operators in the production;
• Responsible for the qualification system for the operators in the MI & Chip & Assembly lines.

You must have:
• BS in the technical field;
• Familiarity with 5S and Lean Methodology in a manufacturing business that employs these principles;
• Due to the nature of this role, you must have strong organization and follow up skills as you will regularly need to ensure timely delivery from all internal and external stakeholders;
• Attention to detail is very important for this role as you will be required to assess project bottle necks;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and stay on budget;
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a desire to learn;
• Proficiency in English language;
• Computer literacy.
