Production Project Coordinator

Currently we a looking for a Production Project Coordinator, with workplace Botevgrad, Bulgaria. You will be part of an operation unit responsible for our production lines and you will report directly to the Production Manager.

Production project coordinator

Your main duties will include:
• Coordination of improvement projects in production including 5S & Lean Manufacturing related tasks;
• Development, administration and coordination of internal audits in production including statistical analysis of the resulting data;
• Improvement of organizational units within the production department;
• Responsible for the development, execution and follow-up of the qualification and training program in the production department.

You must have:
• Due to the nature of this role, you must have strong organization and follow up skills as you will regularly need to ensure timely delivery from all internal and external stakeholders;
• Attention to detail is very important for this role as you will be required to assess project bottle necks;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and stay on budget;
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a desire to learn;
• Proficiency in English language;
• Computer literacy.

Favorable to have:
• BA in а technical field;
• Knowledge and experience with 5S and Lean Methodology in a manufacturing business that employs these principles of work;
